Types of eye bags and surgery methods
Saggy skin with bulging under eye fat- Fat and excess saggy skin is removed through an incision along the under eyelash line.
- Depending on the situation, "fat revision surgery" which injects fat to the sunken areas to make the skin even and regular could be performed alongside the eye bag removal surgery.
Bulging under eye fat with no saggy skin
- The fat is exposed by incising the conjunctiva with laser.
- The eyes are gently pressed and the secreted fat is removed.
- Hemorrhaging is controlled and the incision is sutured.
No incision is made on the skin, and only fat is removed through the inside of conjunctiva.
There is no need for stitch removal after the surgery, and scars are not apparent.
Cleansing and make-up is possible on the day of surgery.
